Who we are
Pebble House is a software studio operated by Travel AI, Inc. This policy covers the pebblehouse.ai website. It explains what we collect when you visit the site, get in touch, or book a call.
Our products, which we call pebbles, run on their own domains and carry their own privacy policies. This policy does not cover them.
What we collect
We keep collection to what the site actually needs.
- Contact details you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, company, and whatever you write in the message.
- Booking details. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which collects your name, email address, and the slot you pick, and passes them to us.
- Usage data. Our analytics providers record pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, referring site, and browser and device type.
- Anti-spam signals. Our forms carry a hidden field and a timing check, and may run a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge, to tell people apart from bots.
We do not take payment details on this site, and there are no user accounts here.
How we use it
- To reply to you and run the conversation you started.
- To schedule and prepare for calls.
- To see which pages people read, so we can write better ones.
- To keep our forms free of spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of service providers. Each one sees only the data it needs to do its job.
- Vercel, for hosting and traffic logs.
- Resend, for delivering contact form emails.
- Cal.com, for scheduling calls.
- Supabase, for storing blog content.
- Google Analytics, for measuring site usage.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, for bot protection on forms.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies and similar browser storage for analytics and for basic functionality, such as remembering that you closed a dialog.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some measurement will be lost.
How long we keep it
We hold contact and booking records while the relationship is active, and for up to three years after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept on our providers' default retention schedules.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it.
Send us a request and we will respond within thirty days.
Security
We use encrypted transport, access controls, and established hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you promptly.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our providers operate there and elsewhere. Using the site means your information may be processed outside the country you live in.
Children
The site is not aimed at children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is material, we will say so clearly.
Contact
Questions about this policy, or requests about your data, come to us through the contact form.
