Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of pebblehouse.ai. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who we are

The site is operated by Travel AI, Inc., trading as Pebble House. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Pebble House.

Our products, which we call pebbles, run on their own domains under their own terms. These terms do not cover them.

Using the site

You may read, share, and quote our content. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaks the law.
• Try to reach systems or data you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with how the site runs, including scraping at a rate that degrades it for other people.
• Submit our forms with false details, or use them to send spam or malicious content.

Our content

The text, design, logos, and code on this site belong to Pebble House or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. The name Pebble House and our product names are our trademarks.

You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back. Republishing whole pages, or using our material to train a commercial model, needs our written permission first.

Engagements

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a promise of a result. The descriptions of our Build and Advisory work are there to explain how we operate.

Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.

What you send us

When you submit the contact form, book a call, or otherwise send us material, you confirm you have the right to share it. You keep ownership of it, and you give us permission to read it, store it, and use it to respond to you.

Please do not send us confidential information before a confidentiality agreement is in place.

Third-party links and services

The site links to other websites and embeds third-party services, including our scheduling tool. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time, without notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pebble House will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pebble House against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the site or from your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it took effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
